RD has implemented a FDAI fire door inspection service for New Jersey locations that have adapted 2007 edition of NFP 80. Section 5.2 lays out the requirements for annual inspection and testing of fire door assemblies. RD's FDAI inspectors have been trained and certified by the Door Hardware Institute (DHI) FDAI 600 inspection program and have been listed with the Door Security and Safety Foundation.
